89. Frame my diplomas.
I always joke that my RIT diploma is the most expensive piece of paper I own. And since that piece of paper arrived at my house, it’s been sitting on a shelf in my dad’s closet. I had every intention of ordering a nice frame, except I didn’t have the money for a nice frame. So then I started saying that I would frame my diploma when I had my first office. Well, now I have two offices and two diplomas and no frames. The frames aren’t any cheaper, but I think I could swing it if I made it a priority.
90. Attend a Maury taping.
There are three things that I’ll watch when I’m home sick: The Price is Right, Law and Order SVU, and Maury. I’ve included my FAVORITE Maury clip ever…make sure you watch it! Anywho – the studio that they tape Maury episodes in is MAYBE a five minute walk from my uncle’s apartment. The Jerry Springer show tapes nearby too. Maybe I’ll take a day off and watch both shows get filmed!
95. Live somewhere with in-unit laundry.
I have trouble doing laundry. I will try to go as long as I can in between loads. It’s not that I hate doing laundry, I really don’t mind it. It’s that I can never find TIME to do laundry. My apartment doesn’t have it’s own washer and dryer so I use my dorm’s laundry room. Pros? I can do multiple loads at one time. Cons? There’s never multiple machines open at one time. Honestly, I would LOVE to be able to throw a load in, go run some errands, come back, and switch my laundry out but I can’t do that because if my laundry is in the machine more than a minute past the buzzer, some student will remove it and put it on the table. I try to do my laundry late at night on the weekends since that’s when most students are out and about. One of the apartments on campus has in-unit laundry and I’m soooo jealous.
101. See five movies in theaters.
I maybe see one movie a year in theaters, so this one might be a bit of a stretch. Seriously. Unless I go to the movies again before the end of the month, the only movie I’ve seen in theaters this year is Gatsby. It’s just so much easier to watch a movie at home. I can eat whatever, I can pause it, I don’t have to put on pants… Since I’m trying to be a more social and outgoing person, I’ve decided seeing five movies in theaters in the next three and a half years shouldn’t be too hard. I even have a gift card to the local theater! Anything good out?
